Weblate is a translation tool with tight Git integration. It features include a simple and clean user interface, propagation of translations across subprojects, consistency checks and automatic linking to source files.

Weblate is built on expectation that translations should closely follow software development and translators should be properly credited in version control system.

Weblate originally supported only GNU Gettext po files, but over the time list of supported formats got extended to support wide range of commonly used file formats for translation:
