How to Configure WinProxy

WinProxy is capable of connecting your computer to the Internet in a single connection. It also helps to protect your computer from viruses. Viruses are blocked by your server's firewall before it can reach the network and cause damage. WinProxy is designed to make your web surfing experience a smoother one. Configuring WinProxy requires just a few basic steps. You can easily configue WinProxy and start enjoying a safer and improved Internet experience. 

Steps :

• Download WinProxy from winproxy.cz. Click "WinProxy 1.5.3 " to download the software. Click "Save to Disk" to save the WinProxy files to your computer.

• Install WinProxy by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop. The files will begin to unzip. Register the software before continuing with the setup.

• Choose the method you use to connect to the Internet when the install wizard prompts you. Click "Yes" if you use a modem to connect to the Internet or "No" if you use cable or DSL.

• Enter your user name and password that is associated with your Internet Service Provider. Click the "Next" button to continue. WinProxy will locate your IP address(es) and place them in the appropriate boxes. Some computers have multiple IP addresses. For example, there is a Network IP address, which connects to other computers in your network and an Internal IP address, which connects directly to the Internet.

• Click "Start using WinProxy" from the "Verifying WinProxy setup" pop-up box. The "Client Configuration" box will appear so that you can review your WinProxy configuration settings.
